Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that processing times may extend slightly during holidays or limited-edition launches.

 

 

Shipping Time & Method

 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the continental United States and Canada.

Typical delivery times range between 5–9 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

 

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, and customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your shipment’s journey in real time.

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact sales@maisonshevron.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate or replace your item as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Maison Shevron piece as much as we loved creating it.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

 

 

Eligibility

 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items.

  • Gift cards or promotional rewards.

 

 

Return Process

 

  1. Email sales@maisonshevron.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a prepaid return label if approved.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

 

Exchanges

 

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

 

 

International Returns

 

At this time, international customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and trackable.
